Horae Terms of Use (EULA)
By downloading or using Horae, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement where applicable.
Service
Horae helps you create tasks, reminders, task steps, and focus recommendations. It does not guarantee that every reminder, notification, AI result, or schedule will be accurate or available at all times.
Horae Plus
- Monthly subscription: auto-renewable, one-month length, price shown in the App Store purchase sheet.
- Yearly subscription: auto-renewable, one-year length, price shown in the App Store purchase sheet.
- Lifetime purchase: one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks eligible Plus features permanently for the Apple ID used to purchase.
- AI quota: paid users receive 300 monthly requests for plan generation and refinement. Intent parsing and manual or automatic Focus ordering do not consume this quota.
- Fair use: successful user-initiated AI results consume the monthly quota. Failed AI results do not consume it. Separate temporary rate limits may apply to request attempts for security and abuse prevention.
- Bring Your Own AI: available to lifetime purchase users only. Monthly and yearly subscribers use Horae's provided AI service.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Billing is handled by Apple.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Horae or its AI gateway for illegal activity, abuse, attempts to bypass quotas, or attempts to disrupt the service.

服务内容
Horae 用于创建任务、提醒、任务步骤和焦点推荐。我们不保证每一次提醒、通知、AI 结果或日程安排都绝对准确或始终可用。
Horae Plus
- 月度订阅：自动续期订阅，周期为 1 个月，价格以 App Store 购买页显示为准。
- 年度订阅：自动续期订阅，周期为 1 年，价格以 App Store 购买页显示为准。
- 一次性买断：非消耗型一次性购买，为购买所用 Apple ID 永久解锁符合条件的 Plus 功能。
- AI 额度：付费用户每月可使用 300 次计划生成和人工优化。意图解析、手动和自动 Focus 排序均不消耗月度额度。
- 合理使用：只有成功返回结果的用户主动 AI 调用才会扣除月度额度，失败结果不扣额度。出于安全和防滥用需要，网关可能对请求尝试另设临时频率限制。
- 自接入 AI：仅买断用户可用。月度和年度订阅用户使用 Horae 提供的 AI 服务。
订阅会自动续期，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。你可以在系统设置的 Apple 账户订阅页面管理或取消订阅。付款由 Apple 处理。
可接受使用
不得将 Horae 或其 AI 网关用于违法活动、滥用、绕过额度或干扰服务。
